What we collect

Only what you put in a booking or venue enquiry: your name, email, phone if you give it, the event details, and your message. No accounts, no tracking pixels.

Why, and for how long

To answer your enquiry and arrange your event — that's the whole list. Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted after 24 months (RETENTION PERIOD TO CONFIRM).

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it — email hello@boellaco.com and it's done. You can complain to the ICO if we get it wrong.
